CANCEL ORDER

You may cancel your order if the order has not yet shipped out yet. IF order has shipped, customer will be responsible for return shipping, or can refuse shipment and have it sent back to me. Once received, refund will be given for product only.
RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of artwork. Return postage is customer's responsibility, and must come back to me in same shape I sent to customer.

If item comes damaged by post office, customer must provide proof for me to be able to file a claim, and full refund, including shipping, will be refunded back to customer with method used to purchase.

Refund will be processed and sent to customer once I get claim approved from shipping company.
